    Payment in full is required at the time of order to reserve the date requested.

    Orders must be placed a minimum of 72 hours in advance.

    “Stock your fridge” provisions are subject to availability. We will do our best to substitute similar types and quality items when necessary.

    Food delivery pricing includes delivery to the 30A area from Rosemary Beach to Blue Mountain Beach. All other areas are subject to additional fees for delivery.

    Any food allergies must be noted when ordering. Allergy preparations* will apply to all food, and cannot be made for single servings.

    *While we offer gluten-free and dairy-free menu options, we are not a gluten-free/dairy-free kitchen. Cross-contamination could occur and our kitchen is unable to guarantee that any item can be completely free of allergens. Common food allergens that may be found in the kitchen include but are not limited to eggs, dairy, soy, and wheat. Our kitchen takes great care in avoiding cross-contamination however contact with any of these ingredients may occur. Clients are encouraged to their own satisfaction, to consider this information in light of their individual requirements and needs.

  • Refunds in full are available for orders if canceled prior to 14 days before the scheduled date.

    50% refund is available for orders if canceled 13 days to 72 hours before the scheduled date.

    Refunds are not available from 72 hours before up to the scheduled date.

    There is a 4% processing fee charged on all order cancellations.

  • Clients are expected to be present at the order address at the time of delivery or time of arrival for on site preparation.

    Delivery window will be between 5-6pm. On-site preparation events include 2-3 hours on site as needed to prepare, plate, and serve the meal in addition to kitchen clean up. Arrival for dinner service events will be between 3-4pm to prepare for dinner service around 5-6pm on the day of the event. Times are approximate. Preparation on site provided using appliances and cookware in your home.

  • PAN-SEARED LOCAL RED SNAPPER ACCOMPANIED BY ROASTED BRUSSELS SPROUTS WITH GOAT CHEESE, LOCAL HONEY, AND ALMONDS. ROASTED SWEET AND GOLDEN POTATO HASH.

    Remove food from the fridge. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees. Leave food covered and place sprouts and hash in the oven middle rack for 15 minutes. Turn heat setting down to 275 degrees, and add covered fish to the oven for an additional 15 minutes. Remove all food from the oven and serve immediately.

    GULF SHRIMP SCAMPI WITH FRESH HERBS AND LEMON OVER LINGUINE ACCOMPANIED BY GARLIC AND HERB SOURDOUGH.

    Remove food from the fridge. Preheat the oven to 375 degrees. Remove wrapping from sourdough, and place on a sheet tray. Place the tray in the oven on the middle rack for 20 minutes or until it starts to brown. Change heat setting to 275 and place covered scampi in the oven for 15 minutes. Remove all food from the oven and serve immediately.

    BRAISED BEEF SHORT RIBS ACCOMPANIED WITH GARLIC HERB SMASHED POTATOES AND ROASTED BROCCOLI.

    Remove food from the fridge. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees. Leave food covered and place in the oven middle rack for 15 minutes. Remove cover from potatoes and cook all food for an additional 5 minutes. Remove all food from the oven and serve immediately.

    STREET TACOS- GRILLED CHICKEN, STEAK, AND LOCAL FISH ACCOMPANIED BY CORN TORTILLAS, PICKLED RED ONION, FRESH CILANTRO, GUACAMOLE, FRESH LIME WEDGES, AND CILANTRO LIME RICE.

    Remove food from the fridge. Preheat the oven to 275 degrees. Leave food covered and place in the oven middle rack for 25-30 minutes. Remove all food from the oven and serve immediately.

    DIJON HERB ROASTED BONE-IN CHICKEN THIGHS WITH JUS ACCOMPANIED WITH LEMON GARLIC BLISTERED GREEN BEANS AND QUINOA.

    Remove food from the fridge. Preheat the oven to 400 degrees. Leave food covered and place in the oven middle rack for approx 15 minutes. For crispy chicken skin, change oven setting to broil. Remove cover from chicken, and place back in the oven with the door slightly open and allow skin to crisp. Make sure to watch closely to avoid burning the skin! Remove all food from the oven and serve immediately.

  • HAM AND CHEDDAR SLIDERS WITH CHIPS AND FRUIT

    Remove food from fridge, and leave covered. Preheat the oven at 350 degrees. Place covered sliders on the middle rack for 12-15 minutes. Remove cover and continue to bake until the tops are golden brown.

    CHOPPED GRASS FED BEEF CHEESEBURGER SLIDERS WITH CHIPS AND FRUIT

    Remove food from fridge, and leave covered. Preheat the oven at 350 degrees. Place covered sliders on the middle rack for 12-15 minutes. Remove cover and continue to bake until the tops are golden brown.

    CRUNCHY CHEDDAR BAKED CHICKEN WITH ROASTED POTATO WEDGES

    Remove food from fridge, and leave covered. Preheat the oven at 400 degrees. Place covered food on the middle rack for 20 minutes. Remove cover and continue to bake approx 5-10 minutes until chicken is crispy.

    3 CHEESE MAC AND FRUIT

    Remove food from fridge, and leave covered. Preheat the oven at 350 degrees. Place the covered mac on the middle rack for 20 minutes. Remove cover and continue to bake until the cheese is golden brown. description
