Remove food from the fridge. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees. Place food in middle oven rack for 15-20 minutes until heated. Remove all food from the oven and serve immediately.

GULF SHRIMP SCAMPI WITH FRESH HERBS AND LEMON OVER LINGUINE ACCOMPANIED BY GARLIC AND HERB SOURDOUGH.

Remove food from the fridge. Preheat the oven to 375 degrees. Remove wrapping from sourdough, and place on a sheet tray. Place the tray in the oven on the middle rack for 20 minutes or until it starts to brown. Change heat setting to 350, remove sourdough, and place the scampi in the oven for 15-20 minutes until heated. Remove from the oven and serve immediately.

BRAISED BEEF SHORT RIBS ACCOMPANIED WITH GARLIC HERB SMASHED POTATOES AND ROASTED BROCCOLI.

Remove food from the fridge. Preheat the oven to 400 degrees. Place in the oven middle rack for approx 15-20 minutes until heated. For crispy chicken skin, change oven setting to broil and remove the green beans and quinoa. Continue to cook with the door slightly open and allow skin to crisp. Make sure to watch closely to avoid burning the skin! Remove from the oven and serve immediately.

Remove food from fridge. Preheat the oven at 350 degrees. Place the mac on the middle rack and bake until the cheese is golden brown and bubbly approx 20 mins.
